Brendan Gilyan
Chief Executive Officer
Brendan Gilyan moved from Northwest Indiana to Ft. Hood, TX when he joined the Army 1980. Brendan was Honorably Discharged as a Dustoff Medic. After the Army, he went into business for himself by starting a successful carpet cleaning company, which he sold 12 years later. He eventually expanded into real estate development and investment. Brendan owned and developed multi-family properties, office buildings, retail centers, self storage and, of course, multiple hotels. He has developed, operated and sold over 15 hotels across Texas.
Brendan has received many awards in the hotel world, such as Hotel Developer of the Year, multiple Torchbearer Awards, Newcomer, and Quality Excellence, showcasing his dedication towards building high-caliber properties and recruiting superior talent.
